Task 1: Giving Advice

Question:Your friend just got a new job but is feeling overwhelmed by the workload and doesn’t know how to manage time effectively.👉 What advice would you give your friend?

Tip: Give 2–3 pieces of advice with clear reasons and examples.

Preparation Time: 30 seconds

Speaking Time: 90 seconds






Task 2: Talking About a Personal Experience

Question:Describe a time when you achieved something you were really proud of.

👉 What did you do? How did you feel? What did you learn from the experience?

Tip: Use transition phrases: “At first…”, “After that…”, “In the end…”
