Our Feedback and correction on CELPIP Writing Task Sets are designed as self-study material to help test takers improve their writing skills in preparation for the official exam. Each set includes Writing Task 1 (Writing an Email) and Writing Task 2 (Responding to survey questions) and is emailed to the student upon their completion. Upon submission, a CELPIP Certified Canadian Instructor evaluates the responses based on the CELPIP Performance Standards, providing detailed corrections and feedback within 24 hours.
 
Feedback Criteria
For a constructive and comprehensive evaluation, each writing task is assessed based on the official CELPIP Performance Standards (1. content / coherence / 2) vocabulary / 3) readability / 4) task fulfillment)
Here are some guiding questions that our evaluator consider as they provide feedback for your work:
 
Writing Task 1 (Email)
Coherence & Organization: Is the response well-structured with clear paragraphing?
Content & Development: Are the provided arguments detailed and effective? Can the test taker express precise meaning and/or explore deeper levels of meaning?
Logic & Flow: Are ideas presented in a logical sequence? Does the email include an appropriate opening, closing, greeting, and sign-off? Are the ideas well organized so that the reader can easily follow what has been written?
Task Fulfillment:  How well does the response address the task?
 How complete is the response?
 Is the tone of the response appropriate for the social context of the task?
 Is the word count within the given range?
Grammar & Accuracy: Does the response contain minimal grammar and spelling errors?
Use of Language: Are transitional phrases and conjunctions used to enhance readability?
Relevance to Prompt: Does the email address all three required points?
Tone & Vocabulary: Is the tone suitable for the context? Is vocabulary appropriately used?
Word Count: Is the response within the required 150-200 words?
 
Writing Task 2 (Opinion Piece)
Clarity of Opinion: Does the response clearly state an opinion?
Development of Ideas: Are opinions supported with strong reasons and relevant examples?
Vocabulary & Language: Is vocabulary appropriate and effective for the task?
Grammar & Spelling: Are grammar and spelling errors minimal?
Structure & Organization: Is the response structured into clear paragraphs?
Coherence & Flow: Are transitional phrases and conjunctions used effectively?
Task Fulfillment: Are the advantages of the selected option thoroughly explained?
Word Count: Is the response within the 150-200 word range?
 
Pricing
Each set includes both Writing Task 1 and Writing Task 2 and is priced as follows:
