Enrolment and Payment Full payment is required before the start of the class. Enrolment is based on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring a fair opportunity for all interested students. Cancellation & Refund Policy At Language Flow Lab, we understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your lesson. Please try your best to reschedule or cancel your lesson at least 12 hours in advance. On our website, you can reschedule the lesson for free up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. After this time, only a full-cost cancellation option is available. (The fee is not refundable.) Teachers have the right to receive full payments for lessons when students miss the class without prior notice or cancel less than 12 hours before the class. If a teacher cancels or reschedules lessons, the student receives a full refund for the missed lesson. To withdraw from a group class, please submit a written notice to info@languageflowlab.com at least five business days before the class begins. You can expect your tuition refund within 20 days of Language Flow Lab receiving your notice. Please note that no withdrawal refunds will be issued after the class starts. Alternative Option: If you need to withdraw, you may use your tuition fee as credit toward another Language Flow Lab class or online course. This credit is valid for 12 months, allowing you to choose a future class that fits your schedule. Late/Missed Classes Policy We understand that working professionals have demanding schedules. For group classes, If you cannot attend a class at the scheduled time, a Zoom recording of the session will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. The class will still start and finish as expected. Late and missed classes are not refundable. For private classes, you can reschedule the lesson for free up to 12 hours before the scheduled time on our website. After this time, only a full-cost cancellation option is available. Class Cancellations by Language Flow Lab For group classes, If Language Flow Lab has no option but to cancel a class, all enrolled students will be notified in advance and receive a full refund. Language Flow Lab reserves the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances or low student enrollment.
